Information pursuant to Art. 13 GDPR · Last updated: October 2026

We take the protection of your personal data seriously. This policy explains what data we process when you visit neese-consulting.com, for what purpose, and on what legal basis. This website is a static marketing site — it uses no tracking cookies and loads no third-party fonts.

1a. Scope — services covered by this policy

Neese Consulting LLC is the controller not only for neese-consulting.com but also for the following products and platforms. Where one of these services does not publish its own privacy policy, this policy applies to it; where it does, the service's own policy takes precedence for data processed inside that product.

Each service is operated on its own subdomain. Products that require an account (for example Managed OS and SIGNAL) process the account and usage data needed to deliver the product — the legal bases in section 4 apply accordingly, and you can exercise every right in section 7 for those services through the contact address above.

2. Server log files

When you access this website, our hosting provider automatically processes connection data that your browser transmits — in particular your IP address, date and time of the request, the resource requested, the referrer URL and your browser/operating-system user agent. This is technically necessary to deliver the site reliably and securely and to defend against attacks.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure, stable operation of the website). This data is stored only for as long as required for these purposes.

3. Hosting

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, USA, acting as our processor under Art. 28 GDPR. Vercel processes the connection data described above to deliver the site. Data may be processed on servers in the USA; the transfer is safeguarded by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and/or EU Standard Contractual Clauses. More information: vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy.

4. Contact (form & email)

If you request a call back via the form on this website, we process the data you provide — your name, your phone number, your preferred time for the call and, optionally, the topic you select. If you contact us by email, we process your email address and your message. We use this data solely to handle and respond to your inquiry. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our interest in answering inquiries). We delete this data once your request has been fully dealt with, unless statutory retention periods apply. Submissions are not used for advertising.

Form submissions are transmitted via Web3Forms (Web3Creative), acting as our processor purely to deliver your message to our inbox. Web3Forms does not sell or share your data with third parties and automatically deletes submissions after its retention period. Data may be processed outside the EU/EEA, including in the United States — see Web3Forms' own privacy policy for details: web3forms.com/privacy.

The "Book a call" link takes you to Google Calendar to pick a time. This is an outbound link only — no data is transmitted from this website as part of that click, and the booking process itself is governed by Google's own privacy policy.

5. Cookies & local storage (§ 25 TDDDG)

This website does not set cookies and uses no tracking. It stores at most three small entries in your browser, none of which is ever transmitted to us or to third parties: your language choice (nc-lang, only once you use the language switch), your choice in the cookie notice (nc-consent), and a technical marker for the current browser session (nc-reinit) that stops the page from reloading repeatedly when your screen size changes. These entries are strictly necessary to provide the functions you use (§ 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG), so no consent is required. You can delete them at any time in your browser settings.

6. Web fonts

The typefaces used on this site ("Geist" and "Instrument Serif") are self-hosted and served from our own infrastructure. No connection to Google Fonts or any other third party is established when fonts are loaded, and no data is transmitted to font providers.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to: access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21). Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time with effect for the future (Art. 7(3)). To exercise these rights, contact us at E-Mail anzeigen.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR).

8. AI-generated content

The animated 3D scene in the background of the start page is rendered live in your browser from program code. If it cannot be displayed, a still image is shown instead; this still image was created using AI generation tools. Both are abstract and illustrative in nature and do not depict real people, places or events.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this privacy policy to reflect changes to our website or legal requirements. The current version is dated above.
